Our Commitment to Consistent Quality
At Gentle Sports, quality is built into every step of our production process. With over 20 years of experience and cooperation with TÜV, we follow a strict quality control system to ensure that every bike and accessory meets international safety and performance standards.
All raw materials and components, including frames, tires, brake systems, and electrical parts, are inspected upon arrival. Our team checks for material conformity, mechanical strength, and supplier batch certification to ensure they meet our internal standards.
Before painting or assembly, each frame undergoes tolerance testing and load-bearing analysis. Components like forks, handlebars, and wheels are also checked for alignment, balance, and weld integrity.
Painted frames are tested for coating thickness, color uniformity, and scratch resistance. We use advanced powder coating and wet painting systems to ensure durability and appearance.
During assembly, each unit is checked at multiple points, including gear installation, brake sensitivity, motor control (for e-bikes), and torque accuracy on all critical bolts. Any defect is flagged for correction before moving forward.
Finished Product Testing
Every completed bike undergoes functional testing, including:
Brake performance test
Gear shifting smoothness
Wheel alignment and rolling resistance
Battery and motor system check (for electric bikes)
Overall ride test on the indoor track
Before packaging, a final inspection confirms that each unit meets specifications. This includes cosmetic checks, accessory completeness, barcode scanning, and packaging safety.
Our quality system is aligned with international requirements. We work closely with TÜV and other third-party labs to ensure compliance with safety standards in major markets such as Europe and North America. Each shipment can be provided with relevant test reports and certifications upon request.
Every product is assigned a batch number and recorded in our quality management system, enabling full traceability. This allows clients to trace defects back to specific processes or suppliers if needed.
