Monthly maintenance: On the 30th of each month, the beach car needs to be fully inspected and maintained, including the appearance of the body, chain, tires, tire bolts, nuts, turn signals, lighting, oil circuit, power circuit, direction, brake, drive shaft, horn, tire pressure and instrument inspection. In addition, the vehicle should be driven and operated for 10 kilometers in the designated area during monthly maintenance to ensure that all parts of the vehicle are running in normally.
Regularly change the engine oil and filter: It is recommended to change the engine oil after driving 1000 kilometers or 20 hours, 5000 kilometers or 100 hours, and suitable oil should be used in cold areas in winter. Transmission oil needs to be replaced every 2 years or 40,000 kilometers, and the transfer case and rear differential need to be checked every 60,000 kilometers.
Chain and drive shaft maintenance: The chain needs to be frequently coated with engine oil to keep it lubricated, and the drive shafts of various parts should be oiled regularly.
Tire and brake system inspection: After each off-road, it is necessary to check the tire condition and perform a four-wheel alignment inspection if necessary. The brake system and clutch also need to be checked regularly to ensure that the brake pads and discs are worn normally.
Engine maintenance: The engine should be maintained regularly, because off-road vehicles often drive in harsh environments, which are prone to dust and carbon deposits, and require regular dust removal and waxing.
Chassis and shock absorber inspection: The chassis needs to be checked for bottoming or rust, and a guard plate can be installed to protect the oil pan and oil pipe. The shock absorber dust cover must be intact. If the half-axle ball cage cover is damaged, it must be replaced in time.
Battery and wiper maintenance: The battery of the electric beach car needs to be checked regularly, the wiper cannot be exposed to the sun for a long time, and do not scrape the glass when there is no water in the sandy and dusty environment.
